Do you offer an initial consult?

Yes. We offer a free 10–15 minute phone consultation before scheduling your first appointment. This brief conversation gives you an opportunity to share what brings you to therapy, ask questions about our approach, and determine whether our practice feels like a good fit for your needs.

The consultation helps ensure you are matched with the clinician who can best support your goals and allows you to begin the process feeling informed and comfortable. If we determine that another provider or service may be a better fit, we are happy to offer recommendations whenever possible.
