Kate is our practice owner and an experienced clinician. Kate has extensive experience in the field in a variety of different settings including: many years of intensive in-home work, program leadership/directing experience, outpatient therapy and the world of foster care. Kate is well versed in navigating community systems, trauma, family therapy, adoption, blended families and educational support 504/IEPs.

Kate holds dual Bachelor degrees in Psychology and Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Rhode Island and holds a Masters Degree in Social Work from UCONN. Kate enjoys working with older adolescents and adults. Kate also specializes in working with couples and is Gottman level 2 trained and is well versed in providing traditional couples therapy. Kate is trained and highly experienced in a number of therapeutic issues including: anxiety, stress, relationship issues, boundary issues, family therapy, self esteem and trauma. Kate believes in a strong therapeutic fit and works to create this with all of her clients, providing a safe and non-judging space where clients can be open and authentic allowing them to see themselves in different lights, increase self reflection and understanding and make the changes they have been desiring for a long time.
Kaleighana is a Licensed Master Social Worker with experience supporting individuals and families through a wide range of emotional and life challenges. She earned her Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Saint Joseph and her Master of Social Work from Springfield College.

Kaleighana works from a strengths-based, holistic perspective, meeting each client with compassion, curiosity, and respect. She creates a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe, heard, and empowered to grow. Her therapeutic style is down-to-earth and relational, blending emotional support with gentle, insight-oriented challenges to promote meaningful change. She meets clients where they are and supports them in moving at their own pace, fostering trust and resilience along the way.

Kaleighana works with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, low self-esteem, life transitions, work stress, and relationship issues. She also supports clients in exploring patterns of people-pleasing, perfectionism, and self-worth. Kaleighana is especially passionate about supporting individuals in early recovery, utilizing harm reduction approaches that are tailored to each person’s needs and goals.
Karli Imperato is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) who has experience providing in-home therapy to families with children and adolescents experiencing psychiatric, emotional, and behavioral challenges. She earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees from Alvernia University.
Karli has supported clients across a variety of settings—including homes, schools, and community environments—helping families navigate complex issues with compassion and collaboration. Her background includes advocacy work, community outreach, and supporting individuals from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. She is also committed to addressing broader systemic concerns such as food insecurity.
Karli utilizes evidence based models including CBT, TF-CBT, Motivational Interviewing and DBT in working with clients managing a range of concerns, including trauma, anxiety, mood disorders, ADHD, behavioral issues, and family dynamics. She also enjoys supporting clients through self-esteem challenges, relationship issues, and life transitions.

Karli is passionate about working with children, adolescents, young adults, and families. She is dedicated to creating a warm, welcoming, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe, valued, empowered, and truly heard. Her approach is strengths-based, and she tailors treatment to meet the unique needs of each individual or family.
